Who is Rankin McKenzie?

Rankin McKenzie has been providing fractional CFO and Controller services to growth companies in the Triangle for the past 19 years. They have 26 partners who have a minimum of 15 years’ experience each in a wide variety of industries and disciplines, including Services, Life Sciences, Software, Manufacturing, Not for Profit and more.

They typically work on-site with companies anywhere from one to three days per week and the average engagement is 3+ years. It is their goal to help a company grow so they need a full time resource and they will help find and train that new person.

The RM Partner is hands-on and doing the work, not just advising. Every client is different but some typical initial growing pains they tackle include cleaning up the accounting database, producing financials, tackling cash flow management, forecasting, budgeting, banking relationships, and much more.
